The Xenium iST platform from 10X Genomics offers three distinct versions (v1, "v1 & protein sub-panel" and "Prime") with different capabilities and pricing structures. For each version, a Xenium run has a two-slide format, with slides capable of holding 1-8 samples each across a 1cm × 2cm imageable area (per slide).

• Typical project costs vary based on the Xenium technology version and probe panel. Use the calculator below to get an idea of project cost. 

• There are bulk discounts for certain larger v1 Xenium projects. For a discount, you must bring in ≥4 slides at the same time. For very large projects (≥16 slides) contact us.
