The Xenium iST platform from 10X Genomics offers two distinct versions (v1 and "Prime") with different capabilities and pricing structures. For each version, a Xenium run has a two-slide format, with slides capable of holding 1-8 samples each (typically 2-5 sections depending on tissue type) across a 1cm × 2cm imageable area (per slide).
